Melodies from moonlit nights
All those golden tales about you
made you the emperor of my heart
as a I child I just adored you
glorious being shining above.
They told me you come out
of a cave in east;
Take a trip to western sky cave
in your chariot of dazzling gold
pulled by seven milky stallions.
Some call you surya, some Apollo,
everyone calls you keeper of earth;
The God who destroys darkness!
The God who creates life.
With age science opened new window
every myth flew away.
But the awe, love, gratitude
they were meant to stay!
